Preschool Ballet is designed to introduce young children to the enchanting world of ballet in a fun and imaginative way. Jump into the exciting worlds of jazz and hip hop in this fun, short-session combo class! Dancers will explore the basics of both styles through upbeat music, creative movement, and age-appropriate combinations.
In jazz, students will experiment with sharp motions, turns, jumps, and expressive performance. In hip hop, they’ll explore rhythm, footwork, grooves, and freestyle movement. This class is all about trying new styles, building confidence, and discovering personal style in a positive, high-energy environment.

Discover the beauty and expression of ballet and contemporary in this short-session combo class! Dancers will explore the foundational technique of ballet while also experiencing the creativity and emotion of contemporary movement.
In ballet, students will work on basic positions, balance, posture, and graceful transitions. In contemporary, they’ll explore fluid movement, floor work, musicality, and self-expression. This class encourages artistry, body awareness, and confidence while giving dancers the opportunity to experience two beautiful and complementary styles in a supportive environment.

Our Tiny Cheer class is the perfect high-energy introduction to cheerleading! In this 45-minute class, athletes build confidence while learning the foundations of both beginner cheer and tumbling in a fun, age-appropriate environment.
Each class includes:
📣 Basic cheer motions, arm placement, and sharp technique
🎀 Beginner chants and sideline cheers
🤸 Intro tumbling skills like forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, bridges, and beginner cartwheels
⭐ Balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength development
💫 Listening skills, teamwork, and performance confidence
Athletes will learn in a structured yet playful setting designed just for little ones. Our coaches focus on positive encouragement, safe skill progressions, and celebrating every small victory.

Our Youth Cheer class is a high-energy program designed for elementary athletes ready to build strong cheer fundamentals. In this 45-minute class, athletes train in beginner cheer technique in a structured, confidence-building environment.
